Partnerships

A B2B network where businesses send each other customers

The hairdresser down the street, the café downstairs and the gym around the corner already share customers, they just have no way to work together on it. Finta.no makes that concrete: find relevant businesses, agree a partner offer, and let one side's customers get something at the other.

What you get out of a partnership

Find relevant businesses

Search for businesses by industry and area, see what they offer, and send a partnership request straight from the platform.

Partner offers that work both ways

Agree what each side's customers get. The offer appears with both of you, so both get something back instead of one carrying the cost.

Joint campaigns

Run a campaign together with one or more partners: a bundle, an event or a seasonal offer that you market to both customer groups.

Exclusive partner rates

Give your partners terms that are not visible to everyone else, and get the same in return.

No middleman, no commission

The agreement is between the two of you. Finta takes no share of sales that come from a partnership and does not stand between you and the customer.

See what the partnership delivers

Track how many people used the partner offer, so you can judge whether the arrangement is worth continuing or changing.

How to set up your first partnership

  1. Set up the business profile

Other businesses find you by industry, location and what you offer, so a complete profile produces more relevant matches.

  2. Send or accept a request

Find a business that fits, propose a partnership, and agree what each side contributes.

  3. Publish the partner offer

The offer becomes visible to both customer groups and can be used immediately.

Tailored to your industry

Food and drink

The restaurant and the wine bar next door send guests to each other after the kitchen closes, instead of competing for the same evenings.

Salon

A hairdresser, nail salon and skincare studio in the same area bundle a treatment none of them could have offered alone.

Retail

The florist and the bakery build a joint gift offer for the holidays and share the marketing.

Services

Plumbers, electricians and painters recommend each other on jobs where the customer needs more than one trade.

Frequently asked questions

Does a partnership cost anything?

No. Partnerships and partner offers are included, and Finta takes no commission on sales that come through a collaboration.

Can I partner with businesses that do not use Finta?

The partner features assume both sides have a business in Finta, so the offer can be shown and redeemed in both places.

Do I share my customer data with the partner?

No. You share an offer, not customer lists. Each business keeps its own customer data.

What if the partnership does not work out?

You can end a partnership at any time. The offer stops appearing, and neither side has a lock-in period.

How many partners can I have?

There is no limit. Most start with one or two neighbours and expand once they see what works.
