Reviews and support

Use Reviews to follow up on customer feedback. Use Contact support when the issue concerns an account, a technical error, or an action you cannot resolve yourself.

Prerequisites

  • You have access to the reviews or support interface for the correct business.
  • You have enough information to investigate the case before responding or escalating it.

What you will learn

  • how to respond to reviews without sharing personal data
  • when a case should be sent to support
  • which information helps support investigate an issue

Follow up on a review

  1. Go to Sales and growth → Reviews.
  2. Open the review and read the full context.
  3. Check the order or booking internally if necessary and permitted.
  4. Respond briefly and objectively without repeating personal data.
  5. Use visibility/moderation controls only in accordance with the business’s procedures and applicable rules.

A good response thanks the customer for the feedback, explains the available next step, and moves sensitive details to a private channel.

When to contact support

Contact support when, for example:

  • you cannot access the correct business
  • a payment or refund has an unclear status
  • the widget or preview fails after you have checked the setup
  • an integration is stuck while connecting or awaiting approval
  • data appears differently on two pages

You can find Contact support in the top area/menu in Finta Business. You can also email [email protected].

Information that helps support

Send:

  • the name of the page and the action you performed
  • whether the error occurred in the published widget or the secure preview
  • the time and time zone
  • the business affected by the issue
  • the exact error message
  • relevant order or reference numbers through a private support channel
  • a screenshot with sensitive fields hidden

Do not send:

  • passwords or sign-in codes
  • API keys, tokens, or complete payment details
  • unnecessary customer lists
  • a public link to a private support thread

Before submitting the case

  1. Refresh the page once.
  2. Check that you are in the correct business.
  3. Check your role and subscription.
  4. Repeat the action and note exactly where it stops.
  5. Check Frequently asked questions.
